EA SISTEM Inc  is one of the first Croatian brokerage firms founded on June 6, 1990 with the subscribed capital of 6,000,000.00 kn. Since its establishment it has been an active participant in the Croatian capital market and can state with pride to be one of the first brokerage houses to carry out  transactions in  the Croatian capital market. EA SISTEM Inc is a member of the Zagreb Stock Exchange. It is also a member of the Central Depository Agency Inc. Zagreb.

EA SISTEM Inc. offers following services:

• Market procurement in sales and purchase of all types of securities upon client’s order (natural or legal person), starting with the order received directly from the client (by e-mail, fax or phone), through the process of acquisition in the Croatian capital markets, to  the payment and delivery of the transaction receipts at the end of the trading day or the  first following working day. The transaction invoices are mailed or delivered by regular  mail.
•  On-line trading for all current clients of the brokerage house EA Sistem Inc as well as new prospective investors.
• Opening the investor’s accounts for all the new clients. Opening the  investor’s account is free of charge
• Payment of shares in installments  as well as an instant repayment of shares to  the Croatian Privatization Fund using the bonds of the Republic of Croatia, i.e. " old foreign exchange savings”
• Representations on auctions through the Zagreb Stock Exchange. Financial intermediation in the sale of the stakes in the companies which are sold for cash by the Croatian Privatization Fund (on the Zagreb Stock Market)
• The possibility of stock trading at foreign stock exchange markets (Banja Luka Stock Exchange, Belgrade Stock Exchange, Sarajevo Stock Exchange, New York Stock Exchange, Tokyo Stock Exchange…)
